Returns and Exchanges

SABZY offers exchanges if product is defective, arrives damaged, or is lost in transit. Claims must be submitted within 3 weeks of estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We do not offer returns for buyers remorse.

Orders created in error may be cancelled up to 48 hours after the order was submitted. We will issue a full refund to the credit card provided during purchase. Cancellations after 48 hours will result in a partial refund if the order has not yet shipped. No refunds will be issued after product ships.

To initiate a return, exchange or cancellation, please email hello@sabzy.space and include the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for requesting a return, exchange or cancellation

  • If the product arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.
